Enriching Your Child’s Learning Experience

At Justabout Kids, the combination of your parental abilities and our professional skills is vital in helping each child achieve his or her greatest potential. Therefore, parents are certainly welcomed and strongly encouraged to participate in any facet of our program.

Justabout Kids welcomes children six weeks through 12 years of age. Our development programs are rooted in the philosophy that children grow and learn at independent rates. This gives us the flexibility to customize a child’s program in accordance with their special needs, unique talents, and rate of development.

Infants
Justabout Infants enjoy a secure and comfortable environment that operates within periods of active play and rest. Play time involves activities that stimulate sensory perception, body control, and language development. Rest time is facilitated with stories, lullabies, and warm contact with nurturing adults.

Toddlers
Justabout Toddlers declare independence in an environment that strongly encourages self-reliance skills and individual choice in play. The toddlers also participate in activities that focus on perceptual acuity, language acquisition, social contact, and large muscle development.

Threes
Justabout Threes share in activities designed to promote socialization skills. Through positive interaction with new-found friends, children become inclined to share, cooperate, and respect others. Also provided are opportunities for children to confidently challenge physical talents, develop learning abilities, and expand communication skills.

Fours
Justabout Fours delight in a learn-by-doing environment that emphasizes dramatic play, active exploration, and thought-provoking discussions. Children also adventure in activities that promote physical coordination, positive self-esteem, and strong social skills.

Kindergarten
Students enrolled in our Justabout Kindergarten program freely express ideas and feelings in an atmosphere that rewards creativity and originality. Children are encouraged to act upon their intellectual curiosities in ways that make learning fun and interesting. Most importantly, the program’s stimulating and personalized curriculum enhances each child’s readiness for an elementary school environment. Justabout Kindergarten is a full-accredited program, after which students are qualified to enter first grade.

Lunch Bunch
Justabout Kids provides transportation to or from a Peters Township School District Kindergarten program. We will either pick up your child from the morning Kindergarten program and return to Justabout Kids for lunch and afternoon childcare, or we will provide morning childcare and lunch at Justabout Kids and transport your child to the afternoon Kindergarten program.

Enrichment Programs
Justabout Kids offers a variety of optional enrichment programs, such as Spanish Classes, Computer Classes, Musical Theatre, Oogles 'n Googles, field trips, and special events.

Summer Camps
During the summer months Justabout Kids offers Camp J-Kids, a weekly themed summer camp for children between 4-6 years of age, and Club JAK for children between 7-12 years of age.
